Binder sub-miniature & miniature connectors
The sub-miniature and miniature circular connectors from Binder are designed for applications with very limited installation space, such as sensors, small actuators, and measurement & control technology. Despite their compact size, they offer reliable, interference-free signal transmission thanks to precise contact positioning and low contact resistance.
Within this segment, Binder offers series such as 620, 670 and 680, with various numbers of poles, contact configurations and locking mechanisms. Depending on the series, versions are available with IP protection up to IP67, suitable for both protected and industrial environments.
Thanks to their robust industrial construction, these connectors can withstand vibration, mechanical stress, and frequent mating cycles, making them ideal for space-critical and continuously loaded applications where reliability is essential.
Binder power connectors
M23 Power, RD24, RD30
For applications with higher current and power requirements, Binder offers a range of powerful power connectors, including M23 Power, RD24 and RD30. These connectors are designed for safe and reliable power transmission in motors, drives, power supplies and heavy industrial installations.
The power connectors support higher current ratings and larger conductor cross-sections, and feature robust locking systems for maximum mechanical stability. Binder sensor connectors
Binder sensor connectors are the industrial standard for sensor and actuator cabling in automation and machine building. These circular connectors are characterized by their standardized screw locking, high reliability, and broad applicability for signal, data, and power transmission.
The range includes, among others, M5, M8, and M12 cable, panel-mount, and flange connectors, available in various codings, shielded and unshielded versions, pin counts, and contact configurations. Depending on the series, versions are available with IP protection ratings up to IP67/IP68, suitable for use in humid, dusty, and vibration-prone environments. Thanks to their robust construction and long mechanical service life, these sensor connectors are ideal for industrial automation, robotics, and machine integration.
Binder M12 power connectors
The Binder M12 Power connectors with S, K, T and L coding are designed for reliable voltage and power transmission in industrial automation and machine building. They combine higher current and voltage capacities with the compact M12 format and comply with relevant IEC standards.
- S and K coding: suitable for AC applications, including motor and drive power supplies.
- T and L coding: developed for DC power supplies in decentralized power distribution and automation systems.
Depending on the version, the connectors support currents up to approx. 16 A and voltages up to 63 V DC or 630 V AC, and are available in shielded and unshielded versions with IP protection up to IP67. This makes them suitable for compact, robust and industrial power supply solutions.
Binder M12 X-coded connectors
The Binder M12 X-coded connectors have been developed for high-speed data transmission in industrial networks. They meet CAT6a specifications, support Industrial Ethernet up to 10 Gbit/s, and provide reliable, interference-free data transmission in demanding environments.
Thanks to the X-coding, the signal pairs are optimally separated, ensuring high EMC immunity and minimal crosstalk. The connectors are available in shielded versions with IP protection up to IP67 and are resistant to vibration, mechanical stress, and industrial environmental influences. This makes Binder M12 X-coded connectors ideal for Ethernet applications in automation, machine building, and Industry 4.0 environments.
Binder medical connectors
