Yamaichi Electronics is the specialist in push-pull connectors. Although the name sounds Eastern, the brand has its origins in Germany. In 1991, the German Connector Service GmbH was largely acquired by the Japanese Yamaichi Electronics. This unique German-Japanese collaboration combines the best of both worlds: German precision and Japanese innovative strength.
Yamaichi produces its full range of push-pull connectors in its own production facility in Frankfurt. Thanks to this local presence, Yamaichi stays close to the European market and can respond quickly to specific customer needs. The result? With the push-pull connector series Y-Circ® P series, Yamaichi leaves the competition behind in many areas. The Y-Circ® P is up to 20% shorter than comparable circular connectors on the market. This makes the connector lighter and therefore less susceptible to vibrations. And even more importantly: the customer has more space within the application.

This metal circular connector stands out thanks to its intelligent push-pull locking and patented half-shell design, with which Yamaichi offers a unique combination of ease of use, durability and precision.
The push-pull principle
The patented push-pull locking mechanism makes it possible to click the connector into place with a single push and just as easily unlock it again. Even in tight spaces, this can be done safely and quickly thanks to the release aid. This significantly reduces assembly time and increases reliability in environments where frequent mating and unmating is required.

Y-Circ M – M12 push-pull connectors

The Y-Circ M series from Yamaichi Electronics was developed in response to the growing demand for compact, reliable, and quick-to-assemble M12 connectors. With its space-saving internal push-pull locking, the Y-Circ M combines the advantages of a classic M12 screw connection with the speed and simplicity of modern push-pull technology.
Full interchangeability
The Y-Circ M is the first M12 push-pull connector to be officially defined in an international standard (IEC 61076-2-012). That means: full interchangeability with other brands and future-proof compatibility for machine builders, system integrators, and OEMs. Through this standardization, Yamaichi takes a leading role in the development of next-generation industrial connector interfaces.

The push-pull principle makes connecting M12 connectors significantly easier: one click is enough for a secure, vibration-resistant lock. At the same time, the connector remains resistant to the typical stresses in industrial environments, including:
