Higo connectors are designed with a high degree of protection up to IP67/IP68 and guarantee a reliable electrical connection in environments where water, dust, mud, and high-pressure cleaning occur. This makes them particularly suitable for mobile and outdoor applications.

By working with gold-plated, female spring contacts, Higo ensures a 360° contact surface between the male and female contact. In addition, the robust locking mechanism guarantees a reliable electrical connection, even under vibrations, shocks, and dynamic loads.

Higo battery connectors are used across a wide range of applications. For this reason, the standard battery connector portfolio is highly versatile, offering straight plug, angled plug and panel-mount versions with current ratings ranging from 5 to 100 A.
Our experience shows that, in many projects, battery connectors need to be adapted to match the specific design of the application. Higo therefore offers the flexibility to develop tailor-made battery connectors, based on the required contact configuration, system integration, power range and the intended function of the battery connector, such as charging, discharging or combined charge/discharge.

Higo signal connectors
In many applications, we see that limited installation space is a key factor in the search for a suitable connector. At the same time, the connector often needs to be multi-pole, capable of handling the required power, and of course waterproof. These requirements perfectly match the design philosophy of Higo signal connectors.
Higo continuously innovates and applies new technologies to make signal connectors even more compact, without compromising reliability. The portfolio includes 2- to 10-pole signal connectors with current ratings up to 2 A, with the smallest version featuring a diameter of only 5.5 mm.
In addition, multiple signal connectors can be integrated into a custom cable assembly, fully tailored to the application and installation requirements. This ensures a suitable solution for every compact and demanding design.
