The Challenge
A Dutch manufacturer of autonomous agricultural vehicles was looking for a compact and robust connector solution for their motor control system. The requirements were clear, yet technically demanding:
- 60V application
- Up to 20A power
- At least 6 data connections
- IP67 waterproof rating
- Compact size for vehicle integration
The Solution
Thanks to our expertise in e-mobility and our partnership with HIGO, we were able to respond quickly.
We proposed the L1019A series:
- 3 × 4.0 mm² power contacts (up to 30A)
- 7 × 0.14 mm² signal contacts (up to 2A)
For higher power requirements, the L1019D variant is also available (up to 45A).
Both series offer flexibility in configuration:
- Female panel mount
- Male and female plugs with overmolded cable
Following the success of this solution, the range was expanded with more compact variants such as the Z1115A, suitable for applications up to 25A and offering up to 8 data connections.
The Result
We supply fully assembled cable sets, tailored to the application and ready for immediate installation.
This results in:
- Faster installation on the production line
- Reduced assembly errors
- Higher and consistent quality
