Co-owner and Sales Manager ASML
Maarten is co-owner of A&C. Sales is his true passion — he knows the market inside out and has built long-lasting relationships with many of our customers and suppliers. Maarten manages ASML as a key account and serves as the primary contact for our suppliers. A football fan through and through, PSV is his team. He also enjoys heading out on his mountain bike
Jan Van Dijck
Sales Manager
Directing both the E-mobility and the Electronics & Automation sales team. Jan has an extensive background in sales and is a true power supply guru. Colleagues not only count on his expertise but also appreciate his company during customer visits all over Europe. Jan has a passion for cycling and swimming and is always looking for the next sporting challenge.
Jan Peeters
Sales Engineer
Jan, also known as Jan P within A&C, is our Sales Engineer for the Belgian market. With his strong technical expertise in electronics, he ensures customers get the best connector or power supply solution. Outside of work, Jan is always on the move — whether on his mountain bike or at running events.
Jasper De Ceuster
Sales engineer power supplies
As a Sales Engineer at A&C Solutions, Jasper is responsible for further developing the power supplies market in the Benelux with brands such as Delta and TDK-Lambda Nextys. With a degree in Commercial Electromechanics, he combines a strong passion for technology and communication to help grow A&C’s power supply business. Outside of work, Jasper is a passionate triathlete.
Sofie Rigo
Customer operations supervisor
Sofie oversees the daily operations of customer service and the warehouse. She supports the team in order processing and purchase planning to ensure customers receive the best possible service. Her ultimate goal? Happy customers — as many as possible. Outside of work, Sofie loves rowing and enjoys time with her growing family.
Kristof Van Wetering
Product Manager
Has in-depth knowledge of the complete Higo connector portfolio. Kristof acts as the key link between Higo in China, A&C Solutions’ headquarters, and customers across Europe. He steps in whenever technical expertise is required to move projects forward.
Jannes Christaensen
Enjoys tackling complex e-bike projects and guiding customers from the initial concept through to successful launch. Responsible for managing key accounts across Europe, with a strong focus on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Outside of work, this account manager is also a young and talented cook.
Ignacio Higes
Business Development Manager
Our eyes and ears in Spain and Portugal. With a strong technical background and fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, Ignacio is dedicated to supporting his growing home markets with Higo e-bike connector solutions. Outside of work, Ignacio is an avid football fan and an enthusiastic bass player.
Mathys Huvelin
Business Development Manager
As our local specialist in France, Mathys supports all French customers and actively identifies opportunities to grow the Higo connector business. With a strong local presence and market knowledge, he helps customers find the right connector solutions for their applications. Outside of work, Mathys was a world champion in kayaking in 2013 and is also a passionate cyclist.
Chiara Woestenborghs
Customer support & purchase planning ASML
Chiara is responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of all orders from ASML-related customers. She manages orders and closely follows up on customer forecast information in collaboration with ASML Sales Manager Maarten. A true bookworm, Chiara also loves spending her free time bouldering.
Enisa Tutmic
Customer support & purchase planning E-mobility
Enisa ensures that customer orders are accurately processed in our systems. She coordinates purchase planning with Higo and keeps customers informed about the delivery status of their orders. With her structured approach, she plays a key role in ensuring smooth order handling. Outside of work, Enisa is kept busy by her lively family of five.
Jana Willems
Junior Account Manager
As an Account Manager, Jana is responsible for the Benelux and UK markets at A&C Solutions. With a Master’s degree in Linguistics and Literature and initial experience in sales, she combines strong communication skills with a commercial mindset. Jana is experienced in handling international e-bike connector requests and in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. In her free time, Jana enjoys playing the saxophone.
Tieke Meir
Customer support & purchase planning E-mobility
Tieke ensures that orders from our e-mobility customers are accurately processed in our systems. She also coordinates purchase planning with Higo and keeps customers well informed about the delivery status of their orders. With her multilingual skills and customer-focused mindset, Tieke is always keen to ensure a smooth order flow at A&C. Outside of work, she is a proud and energetic mom of two daughters and enjoys staying active through sports.
Mark Tilburgs
Inside Sales Specialist
Mark is the reliable cornerstone at A&C. From our inside sales team, he supports the sales department by following up on leads, preparing quotations, and managing requests. His great passion is bouldering.
