We produce hybrid cables from 0.05 mm² to 10 mm², with a maximum outer diameter of 30 mm. You can choose from a wide range of insulation materials, tailored to your application and environment:
- PVC (all variants): flame-retardant, oil-resistant and more
- PE / PP / PPE / XL-PE
- TPE-E: ideal for chain and spiral cables
- TPE-V: widely used in the food and medical sectors
- PUR: including flame-retardant and LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) versions

Automation
These cables are ideally suited for industrial applications such as sensors, measurement and control technology, robotics and drives. Within measurement and control technology, they are often used in assembly lines, transport systems and control panels, where reliability and accuracy are essential.
For sensor applications, these cables guarantee optimal signal transmission, ensuring that parameters such as weight, temperature, pressure, flow and vibrations are measured accurately and consistently.
The cables are available with common connector interfaces such as M8 and M12, and are designed for easy and fast installation in industrial environments.
Special & hybrid cables
Hybrid cables are ideal for applications where low voltage, power transmission and data (such as coaxial signals) are combined in one solution, without the risk of electromagnetic interference (EMC). This ensures reliable operation and a more efficient installation with less cabling.
In addition, hybrid cables can be expanded with extra components such as pneumatic and hydraulic hoses, aramid fibers for mechanical reinforcement and low-loss coaxial elements for optimal signal transmission.
Drag chain cables
Drag chain cables are used in installations where a moving part needs to be connected to a static part. Typical applications include machine tools, cranes, car wash installations, medical and laboratory equipment, automated storage systems, forklifts, industrial robots and offshore installations.
A&C Solutions offers an extensive range of flexible and highly flexible cables, specifically designed for continuously moving applications. These cables combine durability, reliability and cost-efficiency, even under harsh conditions.
Our drag chain cables meet the highest quality standards and are available with UL and CSA certification, making them suitable for use worldwide.
UL cables
A&C Solutions offers an extensive range of UL-certified cables, available from AWG 30 (0.05 mm²) to AWG 10 (5 mm²). These cables are suitable for operating temperatures from 60 °C to 105 °C and voltages up to 1000 V, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
The cables are resistant to hydrocarbons, UV radiation, and immersion in aggressive liquids, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments.
In addition, we can develop cables according to UL/CSA standards and/or customer-specific requirements. For custom solutions, it is necessary to apply for a new UL style number, so that full compliance and traceability remain guaranteed.
