It also has a conformal coating on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to protect against common dust and pollutants. This series is in compliance with Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Institute (SEMI) F47 Voltage Sag Immunity Standard at 200 VAC for semiconductor production and other factory automation equipment.
